Delivery will take between 5 and 15 working days.
If there are any customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period is not counted as part of the delivery time.

Once the stipulated timeframe has elapsed, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so that we can verify this with our suppliers.
If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a full refund for your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days of confirming your order.
If you have paid by bank transfer, please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to be processed.
